Hold a Hand, Save a Life - this is my attempt at offering a hand to anyone who feels like they've lost hope and doesn't want to live to see another day. LGBTQ kids are 3 to 4 times more likely to attempt suicide and 1 out of 3 teen suicides are gay suicides. Even if you're not LGBTQ and you're thinking of suicide, reach out and grab a hand.
