The "It Gets Better" project is a national anti-bullying and suicide prevention campaign in which leaders, organizations (including many major corporations and law firms), and individuals alike have shared their message of hope and support for the LGBTQ community. "It Gets Better" acknowledges that coming out and understanding your identity can be difficult, but through support and the development of inclusive environments, we can all achieve our full potential.
